WARRANTY

All goods sold by DecoPrim, except for repackaged items, come with warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and the commercial policies of the manufacturer. The goods are new (except for repackaged items), in their original packaging, and sourced from authorized suppliers of each manufacturer.

For goods sold and delivered by DecoPrim, the warranty certificates are represented by the payment receipt, which does not exceed a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

For each item covered by the warranty, the buyer will receive a payment receipt, which also serves as the warranty certificate. DecoPrim assumes responsibility for the service center that ensures repairs during the warranty period.

In case of a defect, the claimed defective product must be brought directly to our store at str. Petricani 17/5 within the warranty period. This authorized service center will take full responsibility for handling the warranty process.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case of a return, the buyer must return the ordered goods to the DecoPrim store at their own expense to the following address: Chisinau, str. Petricani 17/5 (DecoPrim showroom and warehouse).

The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving them; or within 14 days after receiving the goods, by presenting the sales receipt or the fiscal invoice. Additionally, within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, the customer has the right to exchange a product in perfect condition for a similar one if the purchased product does not suit them in terms of shape, size, style, color, dimensions, or configuration.

The following conditions must be met for goods to be returned:

  • The goods can be accepted if the buyer presents a sales receipt or a fiscal invoice.
  • The product must have no signs of use, such as scratches, chips, cuts, or other damage; its consumer properties must remain intact.
  • The complete set of goods, labels, instructions (if provided), and factory markings must be preserved.

If the conditions listed above are not met, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return of the goods.
